The Allgäuer Bergwald Chalets – a vision becomes reality
What began as an idea became a new kind of destination: a sustainable retreat that unites comfort, nature, and art in a new way. On the site of the former Homberger Hütte, founders Rolf Mezger, Alexander von Hofen, and Martin Wulf created a place of character, clarity, and fine style.

During the renovation, the old house was barely recognizable, with only planks and the foundation remaining. After an extensive refurbishment, a luxurious holiday residence was created that emphasizes sustainability and is in the heart of an untouched mountain forest.
