As a certified yoga teacher as well as a Pilates and Reformer trainer, she guides every session with calmness, experience and personal attention. Each exercise can be individually adapted, regardless of your previous experience or fitness level.
## Recharge in the Mountain Forest
After each session, your personal time to unwind begins. Relax in the wellness area with its heated pool, various saunas and spacious relaxation zones, or retreat to your stylish apartment.
